Dell won't show post

I have a Dell AIO PC.

It won't boot and does not display anything on internal (LCD inverter is missing) nor a external display (connected through VGA output).

Does anyone know if this computer needs a LCD inverter to boot or if I can simulate a LCD inverter card somehow?

Any other ideas?

What do you mean the inverter is missing? Did you get it broken? Not all systems have an inverter. If it's an LED backlight it is not likely to have one.
