Solved! dell xps 15 9550 battery issue

i have a swollen battery issue and dell refuse to provide me with support.
so i have to buy a new battery.
i went on ebay to search for a battery and i dont really know how to look.
how do i find out which battery i need?

for example:

they say it fits every dell xps 15... but it doesn't look near as the battery i have.

If the system is in warranty, now sure why they would refuse support. Batteries often have a 1 year warranty even if the rest of the system has a longer warranty.

This should be the battery you want https/www.amazon.com/Genuine-Dell-Battery-11-1V-CN-04GVGH/dp/B06XQMFPNH There are cheaper ones on eBay. If you just look up the part number off your current battery you will find what you need.

my warranty expired 🙁
and buying the same battery is like knowingly buying something that 100% will break again.
thats why im stuck with this issue.

thats why im looking for a different model battery that will fit this laptop.

i know that 84WH i have is 4GVGH - but i honestly think that with the level of disrespect from dell, buying a chinese bag of garbage will grand me better warranty and support then dell.
im talking with dell for a week now and yet to receive a PRICE OFFER on a god damn battery... its a price offer for BUYING... with MONEY... new battery because of their factory defect. =\
so im trying to look for some solution before this expensive laptop will die.
about AMAZON - i live in a very "nice" country - israel. amazon doesnt ship battery to me as im not located in the US , that leaves me with buying off ebay or spend 600 Israeli New Shekel equals
