Dell xps laptop wont turn on

Hello,

I have a dell XPS M1330 and it will not turn on at all. When I attach the power supply the LED ont he power supply blinks really fast, but nothing happens with the laptop. ive tried removing the battery, holding down the power button for 30+ seconds and reattaching everything with no success. Any suggestons??

Could be dead, contact Dell for support.

Thank you for your reply, however I'm pretty handy and would like to avoid calling Dell if at all possible and attempting to resolve the issue myself.
