Denon AVR-687 and Streaming Device

Can I somehow connect my Roku to my Dennon AVR-687 so that I can take advantage of the surround sound? Roku uses HDMI only.

You would need an HDMI-to-Optical audio extractor plugged between the Roku and the TV, with an optical cable going to your receiver, something like this.
