Hello,
My receiver is connected to a Redback speaker distribution system model A 2386 as zone 2, with 5 pairs of speakers. None of the zone two speakers work anymore.
I did reset the micro processor to no avail. now
what is more when pressing the zone 2 button zone 2 does not come up on the screen .
Also a third tv which also used to play dvd s only play the regular channel, while the other two tv s can play a dvd.
Any thoughts what the problem might be.

In many surround sound receivers the zone 2 will not work if the receiver is set to 7.1 channels in the speaker set up menu. Most receiver will also not feed a digital signal to the 2nd zone only analog.
