device manager says nvidia Geforce GTX 765M is Currently this hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45)

i have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M. the problem is when i try use geforce experience it says "NVIDIA GeForce Experience Requires an NVIDIA GPU. Refer to system requirements" i have never had this problem before and because of it all the games i used to be able to play don't work now, i have also checked device manager and it all it says is "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. and that is a big problem considering i have no clue how to do that

if anyone can help me fix this please answer also if you need to know any more of my specs ask and i'll get them

nevermind guys for some reason it's stopped and is working properly now
