Diagnosing your pc infinity error

When i turn on my laptop it says its diagnosing your pc, i have searched the internest for all ways to help this problem, i have,
-taken out the hard drive and put it back in again
-drained the mother board of power and restarted the laptop
-i have turnd it on and on manny manny times.
I would also apreciate it if people dont say to wait for itto do its thing, because we all know that doesnt work. I have left my laptop for 2 days to do something and it hasnt, so please, i would be greatfull for some propper answers thanks

Your post is badly coherent but I will take a guess.

This sounds like a software error, why do you think it's caused by hardware?

So when you run diagnostic, what are the results?

Nothing it just stays on that screen forever, and it wont change, leaving it is not going to work, i left it 3 days and its on the same screen

Yeah i have changes the bios and done pretty much all the things all the websites tell me to do, but its ok acer are replacing my laptop under the one year waranty as i called them and they sayd it was probibaly something faults in the system. Thanks for the help thughpeoples.
