Question Did I wreck my tv screen?

I have an LG 47LA6200 that had a burnt out led strip. I took tv apart, replaced the bad led strip, now when I put it back together, the leds are working again and you can see the LG symbol and menus and everything on the screen but now the screen has multiple colors and what appears to be a crack running at an angle on the upper right corner. Did I somehow wreck the screen? I was very careful with it and laid it in a safe spot. Or is it possible I didn’t put the sheets back in the correct order or something?
