Directv receiver not responding to satellite

Hello,
I have had directv since it was primestar . I am now having issues with the receiver . I have satellite signal strength over 75% . I cannot get in any channels . The guide won't come up . and its every time the receiver loses power it has been this way now for 20 days and DTV cannot figure out what the problem is .

Signal has to be over 90%, dish is mis aligned.
