Question DiscoveryGo Very Poor Resolution

I have the Discovery Go app on several Rokus. The shows are unwatchable due to extremely poor resolution. I've tried changing the Roku settings to 720 from 1080 as someone suggested but it didn't help. I don't have this problem with any other apps. I also tried at a different house and it was the same there too. Can anyone help me troubleshoot why this is happening? Thanks!

Seems like the issue is with the service not the devices. See if the app or service has a support contact to check with.
