guys can anyone help me with this issue I have been recently infected with a malware which comes with a djvuu extension, all my excel and word files have turned to .djvuu as their extension names. these files are really important to me and moreover, I have used malware bytes to recover these files but none of them seem to be working so far. I am using a windows 10 operating system after formatting these sort of issues started to appear. please suggest any free antiviruses or software so that i can remove it as soon as i can

Djvu is a ransomware virus. Your files are being held captive for payment via encryption. Now you can remove the virus but trying to decrypt the files can result in them being deleted. Here is more on it...

short of it is you may or may not get your files back regardless of how you do it (ie pay the hackers or try to decrypt yourself). I do not endorse/encourage or approve paying these fools as it only encourages them to to it to someone else.
