it says know network ERR, I got my wifi and I can go to facebook and talk people that way but that is abought it.

Did you try rebooting the phone? Contact your service provider? Make sure you have the antennas turned on?

A (recalled) Samsung Note 7? Samsung told you to return it and has disable all Note 7 cellular service.
