I have an HP touchscreen laptop
HP 15-DQ 1095nr
I upgraded to windows 11 and hated it, but left it too long to go back, due to health problems with hubby and me being 80.
I had the thumb drive with windows 10 on it to reinstall, done it on our past laptops but this is the first touchscreen.
I really goofed when it asked to keep files or remove all, botched eye surgery I thought I clicked keep…..but didn’t.
Problem is the touchscreen isn’t working during installation, I got to the setting of a PIN number and can’t get to entering it below. It had trouble connecting to the internet, no touchscreen but finally got by that. It said I can use a password instead of a pin, but never did that.
Does anyone know what I can do now please?
Or do I have a brick/boat anchor.
