Do laptop screen revisions matter..?

Hello ppl.

I'm replacing the screen inna laptop that was given to me and it uses a Quanta QD15XL04 Rev.02 15" XGA LCD Screen. There is a bunch on ebay, but I need to know if the revision number of the replacement has to be the same as the original? The original is a Rev .02. Thanks!

I am currently looking at a revision .03 and the seller isn't sure if it matters either. I'm hoping some you guys that pull apart laptops daily can help please. Thanks! 😀

You NEED the screen with the EXACT same numbers on the white sticker on the back of the screen, that you have on your screen...
