Do laptop screen revisions matter..?

Hello ppl.

I'm replacing the screen inna laptop that was given to me and it uses a Quanta QD15XL04 Rev.02 15" XGA LCD Screen. There is a bunch on ebay, but I need to know if the revision number of the replacement has to be the same as the original? The original is a Rev .02. Thanks!

I am currently looking at a revision .03 and the seller isn't sure if it matters either. I'm hoping some you guys that pull apart laptops daily can help please. Thanks!

You NEED the screen with the EXACT same numbers on the white sticker on the back of the screen, that you have on your screen...
