Do msi laptops have upgrade able GPUs

Hi I'm trying to find a good gaming laptop with a budget of 1300$ with tax and shipping. I need the laptop to be 17" with a minimum of a Nvidia gtx 765m and I7 4700mq. What I am concerned with are upgrade able GPU and good cooling. I am looking at this model of Msi, and am wondering if it has these things. No laptops have upgradable graphics

There are a few laptop which do allow you to upgrade the GPU, but they are specific models and generally costs at least $1,500+. As for MSI, I don't think any of their laptops can be upgraded in such a way.
