Question Do my laptop support 144 Hz external monitor?

I have an IdeaPad from Lenovo which is a 60 Hz display with 16 GBs of RAM and i7 9 Gen processor with a GTX 1650 GPU. I want to buy a 144 Hz monitor but I don't know if my HDMI 2.0 port supports 144 Hz at 1080p. I know that HDMI 2.0 supports 144 Hz but I don't know if this laptop supports a 144 Hz display.

Hdmi 2.0 totally supports 1080p 144hz.
