Solved! Does a digital cable box work with a tv that is not digital

Hello,
My digital HD tv isn't working. i moved my older analog tv into that room but my digital cable won't work with it.Will a digital cable box with a DVR work with a analog tv

If you connect the composite input from the DVR to the TV it should give you a picture, Usually the rca output will be scaled back.
