Does Asus X455LD support eGPU ?

i have Asus X455LD ( Core i7-4510U 4GB RAM Nvidia GeForce 820m 2GB VRam ) without a thunderbolt 3 USB port, does it support eGPU ?

That's the same one I linked to that can be used as either full or half. Most of the adapters available all come from the same manufacturer.

That post was towards jojesa. Mpcie only has 1 type of connector and those are not mpcie. Those are pcie x1. Risers are not what you want. Those are like extension cables and are for desktop. Pcie is not mpcie.
