Will by doing Samsung Recovery by pressing F4 keys will restore pre install apps and software pre installed by Samsung.

Yes when I receive the product its has some pre installed Samsung apps and Norton anti virus on it.
So I will get that back too.

Yes, every programs that was install when you received it, you have a partition on the HDD with the OS and the programs from Samsung, doing a factory recovery will reinstall all the programs from the beginning.
