i bought 2 I bought one on QVC and another at Best Buy. They suck! Never run right, keyboard jumps curser all over, I had to buy a keyboard so I could type. I have brought both down to factory settings, and after a few weeks same problems occurred.

Acer are not a terrible make, personally I quite like a lot of the Acer Series we get 100's though our workshop. There not my favorite but there not utter rubbish. The problem you are having sounds like a hard ware problem not an inherent problem which is what you are making it sound like. If you had a problem with the keyboard and replaced it and worked fine (after the replacement) then that proves it was a hard ware fault, if it was a software problem the problem would still be there however because the problem has come back its probably due to the motherboard I would send it back.
The only inherited issue we have ever found with the Acers is the Speakers. I hope you get the problem sorted

Our store orders tons of acers, you have to watch what model you are buying. Every company makes some flimsy laptops, and you can adjust the touchpad so it isn't so sensitive.

No. You miss-read my remark. Curser was jumping all over screen on both acer laptops. Brought both down to factory settings. Same thing happened after 2 weeks. This is not a coincident this is a bad batch of laptops. In order to type I had to buy 2 external keyboards. If you like them that's fine. I'd never buy another Acer product again!
