Dragon dictate

Hello, is there any speech to text software that can accomodate users w/ speech problems? In 2000, I tried dragon dictate, and I couldn't train it.

Bill, Dragon has improved a lot since then. I use Dragon 12 Naturally Speaking Home edition and it does a very good job and is only $52 from Amazon. Now it even has selections for different regions to help account for accents.
