Was using my laptop yesterday and it was working great, fully charged to 100 % battery.
This afternoon i booted it up again and it had a windows 11 update, and after the update, I noticed that my battery was reading 0%. I know it isn't 0% because I can still run my laptop off charge and it works great, and when I do plug it in, it says its charging but the battery remains 0%.
I tried some fixes I researched, including running diagnostics through MyAsus, which came up clean, and then I tried uninstalling my battery driver and reinstalling it and no change. I updated my Bios and any outstanding drivers. I am at a loss of what to do, but it does seem that it is a software issue as the battery is working and it doesn't shutdown when I unplug it.
Any help would be fantastic.
