Hello I have a 9910us note book hp 9700 series. It had vista on it which was wipe out. I have Installed xp pro on it
I am look for drivers for sound an drivers for enthernet I found the wifi drivers that work This sys is 32 bit
Pls help shoot me to the right site for down loads I like the free ones that work TKS poodog477

Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager, click the Network Adapter heading and then on the ethernet adapter. Click the Details tab then scroll to HardwareIDs. Note the four characters after VEN for Vendor and the four which follow DEV for Device and input them in the boxes at http/www.pcidatabase.com and follow the links to the right driver.

Thanks for the help to find the ids and where to go still not found the down loads yet but it did id things for me. poodog477
