Drop my laptop and Graphic Card isn't working properly

I'm trying to fix my laptop ( Dell Inspiron 7000 Pandora ) after I drop it at my home, I coundn't use my Nvidia GTX850M after that.
So I check my Device Manager and I saw that My graphic card wasn't working properly ( Pic below ) Do you guys have any suggestion about how to fix it ???

Its possible some of the solder has cracked and may need to be reflowed..... ie. using a heat gun fix the fractured solder points.
