My beyerdynamics dt990 pros right side sounds suddenly lowered significantly when i was listenin to music and only way i could get them balanced was changing windows sound balance setting to 39 and 100
They still work in my laptop with and without amplifier but on my pc it doesnt any ways to fix this??

Could be your jack on the computer, and if you are using an external amp/dac then a faulty pot on the volume can cause balance issues. If the headphones work fine on other devices then things point to the computer as the issue.
