Dual Core Netbook?

My laptop packed up yet again and I finally came to the conclusion, I can't keep repairing it, so I'm going to replace it, most likely with a netbook.

I need battery life and portability over power but I would need to do college work on it, using software like Java (netbeans + BlueJ), Flash CS4, SQL Developer, Rational Rose and the normal MS office type applications.

I'm pretty sure a regular 1.6Ghz atom netbook won't be able to run those kinda of things, especially Flash. So I'm looking to get a netbook like computer, but Dual Core.

Therein lies my problem, I'm in the UK and I can't find a dual core netbook, anywhere.

I want battery life to be minimum of about 5 hours, able to run the above software (on windows) to at least an acceptable standard. Screensize is a non-issue, it's just so I can work on my own system at college and when I'm out and about.

Not looking to spend a huge amount on it, £350 is probably my high end on price range, is that realistic?

These are the only dual core netbooks I know of, to date.

Probably be better off with something from the ultraportables category rather than netbooks. Or possibly just smaller regular notebooks.
