so our religion bans sex before marrige but encourages learning (actually the first word our prophet got was "read"), encourages work, came from a REAL god, cannot be edited by humans, respects human freedom (in religion you can worship who you want but not harm others or do something immoral), obliges you to help the poor, and respects women greatly in a way you can't think of (including protecting her from being fooled by bastards who just want to have fun by considering them toys or stuff).... and you think it isn't quite good

You don't need to teach God to teach morals. I wasn't even aware of the concept of god until I was in my teens; and I still had good morals. It's certainly not hard to argue that morals are a human invention, not rules conjured up by an invisible sky wizard. We need morals to function productively and cooperatively in society, so people come up with morals naturally regardless. But it takes religion to make a good man do evil. If your religion or society allows you so solve any problem by hurting or violence because they've done a misdeed, you're not a good human being. You're just a bad as those you deemed immoral.

And I'm not going to defend Christians. All religions are absurd.

There's a fallacy in informal logic called the slippery slope. It's when you jump to an irrational conclusion based on a faulty premise. Sex doesn't encourage rape, incest or evil. Sex and love are more closely related then sex and hate. Sex creates bonds between people, reduces stress, and encourages happiness and pleasure. I don't know anyone who wants to fuck their sister, rape or murder from watching porn. If anything, watching porn relieves sexual tension, releasing me from the control of my hormones. It makes me mellow and relaxed. Just the opposite of what you think.
