Emachines e730 laptop beeps before boot and keyboard unresponsive.

Hi everyone one of my relative has an emachines laptop which beeps a lot in the windows loading bar for around 3 minutes before booting successfully to the desktop and then the keyboard doesn't works properly for example the 'F' key doesn't works at all as well as the center 'Enter' key.Can it be that the keyboard and beep problem are corelated?.
Let me know if anyone has an idea of what might be wrong as this is my first laptop encountered problem,also if anyone can link me a video guide to remove the keyboard of that particular laptop make and model then that would be great.

Sorry man but no It doesn't really seems like drink spilage but it might have been dropped.But since I can't verify it I can't be sure.
