Emachines wont turn on,

charger lights up as if charging but laptop wont turn on. It was working fine the night before and woke up the next morning to find it doesnt work. Any ideas why?

Hi

Remove the charger, Remove the battery, then press the power button DOWN for 1 minute.....
Replace the charger..
Then try again with no battery in...

daughter comuter WONT TURN ON AT ALL i have taken back up battery out and unplug everything from her laptop and nothing is TURNING ON why HELP
HER COMPUTER IS A EMACHINE LAPTOP SHE HAD IT FOR ALMOST 3 YRS THIS CHRISTMAS COMING UP it was working all these time up till about 2 month ago adn went in my words dead HELPme

Try what I said above PRECISELY....

If not , check the charger with a VOLTMETER...
