Solved! Enter key not working on laptop on facebook

on face book if i type the massage and on chat after typing if i press enter key it will not go but it will come to next line pls help

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

At that stage, it still thinks you're typing and want what in typewriter days was called a carriage return to take you down one line to carry on typing. Hit the Send or whatever button with your mouse instead.
