Erp website fo A T & T employees

Hello, I am on disability due to a car accident in June .I need to rerate my current bill due to overages on minute usage. I cannot get any help from anyone in cust care and the link they are sending me does not get me into the erp website. I was hoping you might know how I can access the erp website from my home computer to get this bill rerated . Thanks

Did you speak with anyone from ATT wireless customer support? If so, call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, as a supervisor should be able to direct you to the correct site.

Yes I did speak with a supervisor after arguing with a customer service representative for an hour. She sent me a link that would not work so I am right back at square one! Thanks for your reply! Hoping I can find a way to get this resolved!

Perhaps calling back and seeing if you can get a different rep or supervisor could help.
