Error installing powerDVD from disc?

I am trying to install the powerDVD 12 application from the disc that came with my Gigabyte GA 970A UD3P motherboard, but when I try i immediately get a runtime error. Does anyone know how can i get it to install?

It came with a disc with a bit of software on, powerdvd 12 is on there but wont install
