excel split screen

How do I split the monitor so I can have 2 excel forms up at he same time

Depends on which version of Excel you have, but for 2007 and newer it is the "Arrange All" button under "View". To get two views of the same workbook you use the "New Window" button also under "View".

Open both worksheets, Windows Key + Left Arrow / Right Arrow will move and re-size a window to exactly half the active screen.
