EXP GDC Beast Expresscard black screen on both displays (laptop and monitor). It won't boot and the unit turns on (PC and Beast) both have power but there's no display output. When I unplug the expresscard from the PC, the screen turns back on after reboot. I have an HP EliteBook 8470p with i5 3320m 8gb ram 320gb hdd and I am attempting to install a Nvidia GT 710 2gb.

If you can't see on any screen, then I would say that your graphics card/GPU is done for. Which may well mean the motherboard will need replacing.

I found the problem, it was the switch on the beast wasn't in the right mode. Thanks.
