External Hard drive Needed

I will be purchasing a Razer Blade 14 in the coming month, and I will need a liiiiiiiitttttttlllleee bit more storage. Can anyone recommend an outstanding external hard drive to accompany me on my quest to the kingdom of "large-amounts-of-storage"? Thanks in advance!! I would also love to hears from owners of Razers, and what accessories they might recommend!! Thanks again!

What are you storing on the drive, and how often is it accessed? Is it only used at home, or must it be portable? Have you thought of cloud storage?
