Question External keyboard - Enter not working

Hi everyone,

I want to use an external Keyboard on my laptop. Everything seems to be working except the ENTER button. Even ' more advanced' buttons like play, stop, home, capslock etc are working fine. The only exception is the enter button.

Laptop: DELL Latitude E5450
Keyboard: BakkerElkhuizen Sboard 840
OS: Windows 10

I have already tried all the basic steps. Restarting in different USB. Uninstalling drivers. Updating drivers. Disabling filter keys.
Note that on my build-in keyboard the enter is working fine. This is specific to the external keyboard.
Any suggestions?

Does the enter key work on the keyboard when it is connected to any other device (other than this laptop)? And 'which' enter key is it? There should be two on the keyboard.

Yes that was an excellent suggestion. I have tried it on a different laptop but have the exact same issue. Everything working except the enter button.

There is only 1 enter button, as this is a compact keyboard. So it is the one above the right shift and arrow keys.

I am guessing you need really need any further guidance here as to where the issue is.

I agree with hang-the-9, it is kind of obvious then the problem is the keyboards and likely the usage. We all kill certain keys faster.
