External Mic not working

Hi, i have a Triton AX360 5.1 surround sound gaming headset with a microphone built in. The microphone works. The headset works. I have the headset plugged properly into my computer. The windows and Realtek audio managers say my microphone is working. However, it won't record. It always reads silent. It is not muted.


How can i get my mic working?
