Extreme High Temperature on HP AMD Laptop (131 Celsius )!!

First of all Sorry for my english,,
Can anyone kindly help me with this problem..

I have HP laptop with AMD A8-4500M APU, Radeon HD Graphics, Usually i am using external keyboard and mouse and put aside the laptop on cooler-pad (cooler-master d lite) and with power cord always (not battery power).


I realize that my laptop battery not last long , when a day i have power cut problem in my home. (and the battery last only 45-60 minutes )


I was shocked..!! when i found my cpu temperature ( 130')..
I know that officially,the max supported temp is 100'.So,i am thinking it should not go above that.


I'm not a gamer. not playing games on laptop. But its always ON ,10-13 hrs continuously everyday for browsing (chrome) and metatrader (forex trading software) ..


The only way i was found to decrease the temperature is minimize the processor power state and low temp environment.

when i checked my laptop temperature on night (20-Celsius) with 70% processor power state.
Because i am only using two softwares (chrome,mt4).. so its not lagging at all even 50% processor power state..

Surprisingly cpu temperature was eventually decreased and shows 90 degree Celsius and battery life goes to 1:30 hrs.. But 130' on day time with power cord . without power its 100'-105'

My question is. In normal case Will laptop shutdown itself when temp hits 100 C'.. but my laptop never shutdown or restart or bluescreen error... while these High temp.. ??

Is any other effective ways to decrease the temperature.??

PS: Laptop is 2.5 years old., and i never opened back panel till now..
