Extreme lag after hibernation on new Dell Inspiron i7559???

Hi I recently bought the Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK and I’ve been having an issue with lag/freeze after leaving the laptop in hibernation for 1-4 hours. Every time I leave the computer on hibernate and open it up again I would get these computer freezes where every 7-10 seconds the computer will freeze up and whatever I do (ex: move mouse/type) would happen 4-5 seconds later. This lag makes the computer impossible to use after hibernation. Once I restart the computer it is back to its normal speedy performance. I was wondering if anyone had this issue before and what are some possible fixes for this.

I can’t seem to figure out the problem going on, I had suspected it was the hard drive turning off but even after tweaking the battery settings so that it won’t turn off the hard drive this lag after a long hibernation still happens. (Computer Specs: Gtx 960M, SanDisk Z400s M.2 2280 256GB (SSD), I5-6300HQ, Windows 10 Home, 8GB Ram)

I tried sleep mode, same thing happens. In addition to the lag, when the first round of freezes come in, during the momentary freeze/lag there are couple of beeping noises from the computer. Do you know what is going on?

Because it is a process related issue I recommend installing Adware Cleaner, CCleaner and a good Antivirus. Run all scans a few times, delete all threats and do yourself a favour use shut down instead of sleep mode/hibernate.

Also.. Microsoft has a lovely tool, google for Microsoft Sysinternals, look for Process Utilities and install the link called "Autorun". It shows your (startup)processes.

Tried it, still the same situation. Lag after hibernate/sleep, and doesn't go away until restart.

Legitly...I've having the same issue. Did you find a solution? I updated drivers on WiFI, NVidia and Intel Graphics.

I should also mentioned I am seeing relatively High CPU usage when this happens...consistently around 50%, and peaking to max at some points.

Upgraded my bios. Just did a standby and came back. AlhamdulillAllah no issues so far.

I am using the latest nvidia driver (download from nvidia officially).I updated my intel driver about a month ago to the latest one available at Dells website.

My BIOS version which had the issue was v1.0.3 I believe. I downloaded the latest BIOS from DELL's website which was v1.1.3 and installed it.

You can check your bios version by opening run (windows key + r) and typing "msinfo32". It is there in the "System Summary" tab.

NOTE: driver files and such when downloaded at times run even if the download got corrupted. Be sure to make sure that the file downloaded correctly. At the very least, make sure that the size of the file after download is the same as the size of the file listed on the website from where you are downloading.

Do you happen to have a link to the BIOS that you downloaded? I've searched everywhere and for the life of me couldn't find it. My BIOS version is 1.0.3, and the date is 9/23/2015 (if that helps).
