Extreme temperature and noise fluctuations?

Hello, i use Optimus V laptop from pcspecialists, its essentially Clevo W370SS, the thing is, while SSD (V300 Kingston) remains cool even on full load, GPU remains in acceptable temperature even on full load too (GTX 860M), thing is, monitoring software shows extreme fluctuations in temperature and speed of fan/ noise especially when gaming, this is especially prevalent in multiplayer games, I just don't get how it could possibly heat up or cool down by half in a couple seconds! For example in some pretty intensive games its usually 85-99 Celcius degrees at all times, i guess this is still safe idk how but CPU avoids hitting 100Celcius which is the limit according to intel at all times and the sound of fan is so loud i cant hear sound effects or TV or even my own thoughts! But when for example I switch instances or something to a less populated/ graphically intensive ones and it happens fast cause of SSD, then temp immediately drops to like 45-65 degrees and so the fans become barely audible.

There wild fluctuations are driving me mad and I cannot properly adapt, I wanna know what is wrong with my laptop, like why does it heat up so much? it reaches 90+ degrees on like 25-35% load! My CPU is i7-4710MQ, does ti have to do with the fact that its a second-hand laptop and as i bought it i've seen some relatively minor breaking and glueing marks, though considering the price it costed me seemed like a great deal. Also can I set up like custom cooling profile? like when temps are below 70 degrees the fans could be silent, when 70-85 with moderate noise and when 85-99 loud? Also noticed the motherboard temp monitor heats up as fast as processor, however GPU which is also attached to mobo doesnt, GPU even at full load is like 70 degrees while usually its like 50 or so.

I would note that i did cleaned the inside and as far as i heard laptop coolers are irreplaceable so idk what to do else, is this particular cpu or generally gaming laptops supposed to run this hot?

If you have to disassemble a laptop like that may as well change the fan (change the water pump at the same time when replacing timing belt for you car mechanics). Plus you may not have a choice, lots of CPU cooler are made like one-piece with the fan built-in. I say no, I highly doubt, am betting my lunch money u can't buy generic fan, you must buy the original. Look through eBay and make sure what they are selling is new and not refurb.
Well, it could just need the thermal paste replaced. It could also need new fan(s).

Try replacing the paste and see if that resolves it. You should also make sure that it has good airflow.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then I would look at replacing the fan(s). When they start to go, the temps go up. And yeah, that is a bit high.
