F1 Program for text

Back in 2007 i found a little piece of software that would allow me to hit a "F" key and it would actually write a sentence. It was call "MyFunction Keys" by Regsoft. It will not work on Windows 8 or 10 and i cannot work without it. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reply. I downloaded the software and played with it awhile. Read some instructions, but i am still not smart enough to set it up.
Here is a scenario.

I would press "F1" and it automatically would type this on my purchase order.
"************IMPORTANT********************
PLEASE CONFIRM PRICE AND DELIVERY AND RETURN CONFIRMATION TO:
eMAIL: ronc@xxxx.com OR FAX 815-xxx-xxxx
SMALL PACKAGES: SHIP UPS GROUND COLLECT ACC# xxxxx

if i could figure out this one i could do the rest.

edit. I am making progress...

7-14. Does not work. It will not allow any text that has any spaces, or special chararactors. i will keep looking.
