facebook account disabled

I am blocked from my personal Facebook account for a month and need serious help!
(1) Using trusted friends let me reset my password but when i log in i still get same message "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can."
2.he account is not disabled therefore i can't submit an appeal. the facebook disabled account form will not accept my information and replies that my account is not disabled.

Then you just have to wait for them to finish reviewing.

There is nothing we can do to help. This is a matter that can only be resolved with FB. As previously suggested, you need to wait. Good luck.
