facebook chat spying

in our office some people are suspecting corrupted. most probably they disclose some information on our company through facebook chat. after that they immediately delete chat history from their chat history. is there any possibility to record the conversation in their chat before they delete?
pl help............

Block facebook forcing them to use something else, or install a screen viewer.

Talk with your lawyers before you do any of this; it's often illegal.
