family safety -- block google+

I have family safety set up on a child's account, in windows 8.1.
I have web filtering set to the highest level.
I allowed google.com, because I needed to have the google drive desktop app, and it couldn't connect until I allowed google.com.
The problem is that google+ and chrome store are accessible (we are using chrome browser), even though I specifically blocked them.
How can I allow the google drive desktop app to function, but still block google+?
I would also like to block the chrome store, if possible.

I am no expert on google, but in IE, you can set up restricted sites in the internet options/security tab.

thanks, but I need a more global solution, one that covers all browsers . that's what family safety does in windows 8.

What internet sites you can access are the province of the web browsers and their security.
I think you will have to set that up in each browser you have installed.
If the kids are sophisticated enough to install one you have not secured, you have a real problem.
