FiiO E10K USB DAC not working

I've updated drivers, uninstalled & reinstalled, messed around with properties and even tried different usb cables to see if that made any difference. I can provide any extra information needed, any help would be much appreciated!

Try go to the speaker icon and click properties and see where the sound output make it go by the fiio

yea i've done that, it shows the levels moving up and down but no audio playing. It's the Realtek Digital Output I have selected

Hmm update all driver again? Or do u have a laptop or something to test the amp. Try plugging ur headphone to ur comp and then see if there is should

I'm on pc with windows 10 64-bit. I have Z200 Logitech Stereos so when the DAC stopped working I just starting plugging them into the headphone jack on there. Also when I first got the device the Realtek Digital Output never worked, there was a fourth option that doesn't show up any more.

Maybe check driver easy to find any driver missing

The DAC in the FiiO will only accept two channel stereo PCM. If the PC or the software outputs in surround sound it won't work.

If you've selected Realtek Digital Output, you've chosen your PC's audio card (not the Fiio). If your USB connection works you should see the FiiO DAC in you options list.

Hello to anyone reading this... If you are having the problem where your Fiio E10k is not showing up in your sound manager - (Playback) Tab and the blue light is turning on with it plugged into the computer but still not showing up... the fix for me was the cable plugging in to the E10k was a bit loose and i had to kinda push it a bit harder to get the sound data to show up in the sound manager. although this was the fix now if the cable moves a little bit it will lose the connection and not show up in the sound manager so the DAC cant really move much unless i want to buy a new cable.
