I've a canon DSLR in which I use 14.7GB microSD card. Now the storage in the card shows about 7GB used out of 14GB but actually there's only 654MB of files(i.e Photos) accessible in the card and there's also another file of size 3.7GB named " USBCα\£à" which has no specific file format.

So you can see that since I can acccess only 654MB of data, the rest is vanished. So help me please.

I appears that your SD card is corrupted. I would suggest transferring the files you can access to another storage device (i.e., PC, laptop, etc). After getting what you can from the SD card, you can try reformatting it (this will wipe all files from the SD card). It may simply be time to get a new one.
