Filming and Editing

I am in need of some really inexpensive equipment for filming and editing.
I am looking for a CHEAP laptop, CHEAP cameras, CHEAP green screen, and CHEAP software.
As you can probably tell, I need things cheap. I would like to get all of this equipment under $300. If you find anything, please send me the link. Thank you.

"inexpensive equipment for filming and editing" is not a good combination. You are better off buying a Android pad with a build in camera and using some editing app.

Green screen, get a sheet or piece of free wood from the side of the road and some dollar store paint.
