Finding phone numbers from an erased cell phone

Hello,
Something wierd happened to my phone and I lost all of my phone numbers on my contact list. I met this really nice woman and I lost her number and she does not know mine. On top of that i lost my brothers, friends, and other important numbers. I need to be able to access these numbers. Any thoughts???

My thoughts would be sadly you lost those numbers. It's not like a hard drive where you can pay a couple hundred or so to have the data recovered. Next time see if your carrier will support you with backup and you can also save at least your important numbers to your sim card instead of the phone.
