Firefox 5 new tab button

Hi, in firefox 5 I left the new tab button as default and it combined to the tab on the most right hand side. Somehow it is now a separate button. I tried customize to drag it back to the tab but doesn't work. Is there a sequence in the arrangement order of the buttons for combined new tab button with tab, like the combined stop/refresh button?

Ok, with only 1 tab in firefox 5, the new tab button is combined with the tabs again and stay that way. Subsequent tabs open does not make the new tab button to separate anymore. It must be a bug.

Mine is a separate + button no matter how many tabs I have open, even just one. It stays to the right of the tabs.

Yes it is a separate button but it sticks to the right most tab. But what happen is that it become a separate button, not sticking to the right most tab after you open many tabs and the tabs no longer fit on the screen and the arrows appear. After that the new tab button will not spring back to stick the the right most tab after you close tabs, unless you close all of it.

Mine moves back to the right most tab when I get down to about 3 tabs. This may have something to do with the width of your window.

I just check, sometimes it move back with 1 tab or n number of tabs but sometimes I have to restart firefox to get get stick again.

Probably it is a theme issue. Can you send screenshots?

I don't have theme installed. I think it is caused by a tab management add-on. But anyway, the issue is not permanent and can be fixed easily, so I will just restart firefox if it act up.
